Vixride is a TÜRSAB-licensed (no. 14798) private airport transfer company based in Antalya, Turkey, operating at 10 airports in Turkey and North Cyprus since 2021. We operate at nine airports in Turkey (Istanbul, Sabiha Gökçen, Antalya, Gazipaşa-Alanya, Izmir, Bodrum, Dalaman, plus Kayseri and Nevşehir for Cappadocia) and at Ercan Airport in North Cyprus, with 20 Mercedes Vito vehicles at each airport, 200 in total.
Our Story
Vixride started from a simple idea: after a long flight, nobody should have to queue for a taxi, haggle over the fare or spend hours on a shuttle bus that stops at a dozen hotels. We set out with that goal in 2021 and built the service around fixed prices, punctuality and clean, comfortable vehicles from day one.
Today we are active at nine airports in Turkey and at Ercan Airport in North Cyprus. Each airport has 20 Mercedes Vito vehicles and drivers who know the region well, so a vehicle is ready for you whenever your flight lands, even at night in peak season.
Most of our guests travel from abroad, so we handle the whole process, from booking to meet & greet, in Turkish, English, German, French and Russian. Families, business travellers and large groups get the same care.

Our Services
Airport transfers
From the airport to your hotel, villa or address in a private vehicle, with no stops on the way.
Hotel to airport
For your return, the driver picks you up at your hotel; we agree the pickup time with you based on your flight.
Group transfers
A Vip Sprinter (Mercedes Sprinter) for groups of up to 16; several vehicles for larger groups.
Hourly chauffeur hire
A car with a driver by the hour in Antalya, Istanbul, Izmir, Bodrum, the Dalaman region, Cappadocia and North Cyprus.
City rides
Fixed-price private rides between two addresses in the same city.
Our Fleet
The FirstClass Van (Mercedes Vito) is the backbone of our fleet: a spacious cabin, plenty of luggage space and comfortable seats. It suits families, golfers with equipment and travellers with a lot of luggage. We have 20 Vitos at each airport, 200 in total, which lets us serve you without waiting even at the busiest arrival times.
Depending on the size of your group we send an Economy Sedan (Mercedes E-Class), a FirstClass Van (Mercedes Vito) or a Vip Sprinter (Mercedes Sprinter). All vehicles are air-conditioned and cleaned regularly, and on airport transfers baby and child seats are fitted free of charge on request.

How We Work
Fixed prices
You pay the price you see when booking. Motorway, bridge and parking fees are included; there is no night rate and no meter.
Flight tracking
We follow your flight number. If your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts to the actual landing time.
Meet & greet
Your driver waits at the terminal exit with a name sign and helps with your luggage.
Door to door
No other passengers and no stops on the way: we take you straight to your hotel or address.
Free child seats
On airport transfers, baby and child seats are provided free of charge when requested during booking.
Flexible cancellation
Free cancellation or date change, with nothing prepaid. Please let us know at least 24 hours ahead.
Licence & Assurance
Vixride operates as a member of TÜRSAB, the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies. TÜRSAB licence no.: 14798. Transfers are carried out by licensed drivers in insured vehicles.

Which airports does Vixride serve?
In Turkey: Istanbul (IST), Sabiha Gökçen (SAW), Antalya (AYT), Gazipaşa-Alanya (GZP), Izmir Adnan Menderes (ADB), Milas-Bodrum (BJV) and Dalaman (DLM), plus Kayseri Erkilet (ASR) and Nevşehir Cappadocia (NAV) for Cappadocia. In North Cyprus: Ercan (ECN).
Is the price per person?
No. The price is per vehicle and fixed when you book. Everyone travelling in the same vehicle is included.
How do I pay?
You pay the driver in the vehicle on the day of the transfer, in cash (EUR, USD, GBP or TRY) or by card. Nothing is charged when you book.
What if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when booking and we follow the landing time; your driver adjusts to it. There is no extra charge for delays.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellation and date/time changes are free. Nothing is paid in advance, so there is nothing to refund; please let us know at least 24 hours before pickup so we can reassign the vehicle.
Is Vixride a licensed company?
Yes. We are a TÜRSAB-member travel agency, licence no. 14798.
