Vixride drives exhibitors, visitors and delegates from the airport to the main fair and congress venues at a fixed price per vehicle, one way: Istanbul Airport to TÜYAP from €60, to the Harbiye congress centres (Lütfi Kırdar and ICC) from €55; İzmir Airport to Fuar İzmir from €28; Antalya Airport to the congress hotels on the coast from €35. Groups of up to 16 travel in one Vip Sprinter. You pay the driver, and cancellation is free if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Fair days: from the hotel to the venue and back

Fair and congress days have fixed opening times, and traffic around large venues builds up when the halls open and close. Plan the morning ride with a margin and book the ride back for when your day ends.

For several rides a day (hotel, venue, meetings, dinner), a car with driver by the hour is often simpler: Economy Sedan €40, FirstClass Van €50, Vip Sprinter €75 per hour, 2 to 10 hours, 20 km per hour included.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a transfer from Istanbul Airport to TÜYAP?

From €60 per vehicle, one way (55 km). From Sabiha Gökçen it is from €90 (85 km).

Can a group of colleagues travel together?

Yes. The price is per vehicle: the FirstClass Van takes up to 6 people and 6 bags, the Vip Sprinter up to 16 people and 16 bags. For larger groups, book several vehicles or email info@vixride.com.

Can you drive us between the hotel and the venue every day?

Yes. Book each ride on the booking form, or hire a car with driver by the hour: from €40 per hour, for 2 to 10 hours.

Can we bring samples or display material?

Samples and small display items travel as luggage: the FirstClass Van takes 6 bags, the Vip Sprinter 16. Stand material and freight need a logistics company.

Do you sell fair or congress tickets?

No. We provide transport only; tickets, badges and registration are handled by the organiser.

Can companies and organisers book transfers for their guests?
