Vixride drives medical travellers and their companions between the airport, the hotel and the clinic in Istanbul and Antalya at a fixed price per vehicle, not per person: in Istanbul from €38 (Sabiha Gokcen Airport → Atasehir), in Antalya from €30 (Antalya Airport → Konyaalti), one way. You pay the driver, and cancellation is free if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. For clinic days, a car with driver by the hour costs from €40 per hour.

How a clinic trip works with us

  1. Arrival

    Book the transfer from the airport to your hotel, or straight to the clinic. Add your flight number: we track the flight, the driver waits with a name sign, and the first 60 minutes after landing are free.

  2. Clinic days

    Book single rides between the hotel and the clinic, or a car with driver by the hour: the driver waits during your appointment and drives you back.

  3. Departure

    Book the ride back to the airport. If the clinic changes your dates, change or cancel the booking free of charge; please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Travelling with a companion, luggage or a wheelchair

The price is per vehicle, not per person: a companion travels at no extra cost. The Economy Sedan (Mercedes E-Class) takes up to 3 passengers and 2 bags, the FirstClass Van (Mercedes Vito) up to 6 passengers and 6 bags, the Vip Sprinter (Mercedes Sprinter) up to 16 passengers.

A foldable wheelchair fits in the luggage space of the FirstClass Van and the Vip Sprinter. Our vehicles are regular cars and vans, not adapted vehicles: if the passenger has to stay seated in the wheelchair during the ride, please book a specialised accessible transport service.

Need extra time to get in and out of the car, or a child seat? Write it in the "Special Requests" field when you book.

What we do, and what we do not do

  • We provide private transport only: airport, hotel and clinic rides by Vixride, a licensed travel agency (TÜRSAB licence no. 14798).
  • We are not a clinic or a medical travel agency: we do not recommend doctors or clinics, arrange treatment or give medical advice.
  • Our drivers are not medical staff, and our vehicles are not ambulances and carry no medical equipment. If you need a stretcher, oxygen or medical supervision during the ride, book an ambulance service instead.
