About Vixride
What is Vixride?
Vixride is a TÜRSAB-licensed (no. 14798) private airport transfer company based in Antalya, Turkey, operating at 10 airports in Turkey and North Cyprus since 2021. It runs its own transfers: you book directly with the company that sends the driver, at a fixed price per vehicle, and pay on the day.
Which airports does Vixride serve?

Are Vixride prices per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. The price covers the whole vehicle, not each passenger: the Economy Sedan (Mercedes E-Class) takes up to 3 passengers and 2 large suitcases, the FirstClass Van (Mercedes Vito) up to 6 passengers and 6 suitcases, and the Vip Sprinter (Mercedes Sprinter) up to 16 passengers and 16 suitcases. For example, Antalya Airport (AYT) to Belek costs €40 in the Economy Sedan, about €13 per person for three travellers.
When and how do I pay?
Nothing is paid in advance. You pay the driver in the vehicle on the day of the transfer, in cash (EUR, USD, GBP or TRY) or by credit card.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, cancellation and changes are free. Nothing is prepaid, so there is nothing to refund; please let us know at least 24 hours before pickup so we can reassign the vehicle.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight number you give at booking, so the driver follows your actual landing time and a delay costs nothing extra. 60 minutes of free waiting from landing are included, enough for passport control and baggage claim.
Are baby and child seats free?
Yes. Just give the children's ages when booking and suitable baby and child seats are fitted in the vehicle free of charge.
