Which airport is closer to your clinic?
Istanbul Airport (IST) is closer to Sisli, Nisantasi, Kagithane, Fatih and Bakirkoy.
Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW) is closer to Besiktas, Atasehir, Kadikoy, Uskudar and Umraniye.
If you can choose your flight, fly into the airport closer to your clinic or hotel: the ride on the day you arrive is shorter. The table shows the price from both airports.
Clinic days with a car and driver by the hour
Treatment often means several visits: a consultation, the procedure, a check-up. Instead of booking each ride, you can hire a car with driver by the hour: the driver takes you to the clinic, waits and brings you back.
Rates: Economy Sedan €40, FirstClass Van €50, Vip Sprinter €75 per hour, for 2 to 10 hours, with 20 km per hour included.
Tips for the day you arrive and the day you leave
- Add your flight number to the booking: we track the flight, so a delay costs nothing, and the 60 free waiting minutes start when you land.
- Book the airport ride to your hotel if your first appointment is the next day; book it straight to the clinic if the clinic asks you to come on arrival.
- Write the clinic's full address in the booking, not only its name.
- For the flight home, be at the airport 3 hours before an international flight (2 hours before a domestic one), and add the drive time from the table.
Travelling with a companion, luggage or a wheelchair
The price is per vehicle, not per person: a companion travels at no extra cost. The Economy Sedan (Mercedes E-Class) takes up to 3 passengers and 2 bags, the FirstClass Van (Mercedes Vito) up to 6 passengers and 6 bags, the Vip Sprinter (Mercedes Sprinter) up to 16 passengers.
A foldable wheelchair fits in the luggage space of the FirstClass Van and the Vip Sprinter. Our vehicles are regular cars and vans, not adapted vehicles: if the passenger has to stay seated in the wheelchair during the ride, please book a specialised accessible transport service.

What we do, and what we do not do
- We provide private transport only: airport, hotel and clinic rides by Vixride, a licensed travel agency (TÜRSAB licence no. 14798).
- We are not a clinic or a medical travel agency: we do not recommend doctors or clinics, arrange treatment or give medical advice.
- Our drivers are not medical staff, and our vehicles are not ambulances and carry no medical equipment. If you need a stretcher, oxygen or medical supervision during the ride, book an ambulance service instead.

What if the clinic changes my dates?
Change or cancel the booking free of charge; please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Nothing is paid before the ride: you pay the driver in cash or by card.
