About Club Turtaş Beach Hotel
Club Turtaş Beach Hotel describes itself as a family hotel run since 1969 and now managed by the third generation. The four-star, all-inclusive property stands at Mustafa Kemal Bulvarı No:2 in Konaklı Mahallesi, Alanya district, on the western side of the village towards Türkler. It sits right on the shore, and its own beach is a mix of sand and gravel. Alanya Castle lies about 13 km to the south-east.
From Antalya Airport the D400 carries the whole drive east: past Serik and Manavgat, then along the coast through Okurcalar, İncekum, Avsallar and Türkler. Konaklı begins right after Türkler, and the hotel is at this western end of the village, on the sea side of the highway on Mustafa Kemal Bulvarı. Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport, beyond Alanya town, is the nearer airport.
The grounds cover some 50,000 m² of gardens and hold 275 rooms in a five-storey main building, two two-storey side buildings and a four-storey block. Next to the large outdoor pool there is a relax pool, and the aquapark has three slides for adults and two for children. Meals are served in a buffet restaurant with a terrace, with one à la carte restaurant at extra cost; several bars and a disco keep the evenings going. Use of the hammam is free, while massages are paid for, and a multilingual mini club looks after 4- to 12-year-olds.
