Gold Twins Boutique Hotel is a small hotel at the eastern end of Mahmutlar, close to where the quarter runs into Kargıcak, at No:60 on the D400 Karayolu Üstü Bulvarı. The building stands on the inland side of the main road; the sea lies about 100 m away on the far side, and the hotel sets out its own sunbeds on the public beach there. Alanya Castle and the Red Tower are some 14 km to the north-west along the same coast road.
The transfer from Antalya Airport is a long run on the D400 coast road: east past Serik and Manavgat, then through Alanya town and out south-east beyond Kestel. Mahmutlar has to be crossed end to end, as the hotel stands at its far, Kargıcak side, directly on the main road and on its inland side. For this hotel Gazipaşa-Alanya is far closer.
True to the word boutique in its name, this is a small hotel rather than a resort. It was restored in 2024; some of the rooms look out to sea, guests have an outdoor swimming pool, and meals are served at more than one dining spot on site.
