About Laren Family Hotel & Spa
Calling itself a boutique-class family hotel, Laren Family Hotel & Spa is at No:21 on 2054 Sk. in Çağlayan, a quarter on the Lara side of Muratpaşa. It sits midway between two well-known sights: the TerraCity shopping mall is about 1.2 km to the west, and the Lower Düden Waterfall, where the Düden River drops off the cliffs into the sea, about 1.2 km to the east. Kaleiçi is roughly 7 km away. The hotel has no beach of its own and gives the nearest one as about 2 km away.
The airport lies to the north, so the drive simply works its way south through the residential districts on the Lara side towards the coast, never touching the city centre. For the last stretch it leaves the main road for the quiet residential streets of Çağlayan and stops on 2054 Sk., where the hotel is.
On a 3,500 m² plot it has 59 rooms with 181 beds, in three types: Deluxe, Comfort and Suite. The building was renovated from top to bottom in 2017. Besides the main restaurant there is an à la carte restaurant with dishes from world cuisines and a bar open through the day; the single pool is open from 8 am to 7 pm. A spa and a fitness room complete the facilities. Guests choose between all inclusive, half board and bed and breakfast.
