Akra Sorgun TUI Blue Sensatori opened in 2016 in the Sorgun pine forest east of Side and was first marketed as TUI Sensatori Resort Barut Sorgun; today it is run by Akra Hotels under the TUI BLUE Sensatori label. The resort has an exclusive area on a golden-sand beach, nine themed pools including heated indoor and outdoor pools and an adults-only pool, a kids club, a spa with hammam and a yoga platform overlooking the sea. There is also a herb and spice garden and a cinema, and the hotel holds Travelife certification. The ancient town of Side is about ten minutes away by car. Voyage Sorgun is the next-door neighbour, and Paloma Finesse lies about 1.5 km to the east.
