The ancient theatre lies about 1.6 km to the south, and the large Horus Paradise Luxury Resort stands roughly 300 m to the north-east. The hotel is not on the sand itself: its section of the public sandy beach, with free sunbeds and parasols, is about 200 m away on the other side of a street.
From Antalya Airport the transfer follows the D400 east through the Serik plain and turns off towards Side shortly before Manavgat. It then runs south through Kumköy and into the north of Side, where the hotel is on Özal Caddesi, a little inland from the western beach.
Officially a four-star house, it has 139 rooms in one five-storey main building with lifts. There are two outdoor pools: a main pool of 26 by 14 m and a long, narrow adults' pool of 45 by 3 m. Food is a strong point: besides the buffet restaurant there are Culinarium, which serves five-course dinners, and Olive for Italian dishes, plus a rooftop Sunset Bar. For wellness there are six treatment rooms next to a hammam, a sauna and a whirlpool. Parts of the hotel were renovated in 2025.
