Monat Otel occupies a stone building at the northern end of Alaçatı, just 30 m, by the hotel's own count, from the village's historic windmills, Kemalpaşa Caddesi and the Atatürk statue. Its address is No:13 on 11043 Sokak in Alaçatı Mahallesi, Çeşme district, right beside the main street where it enters the village from the north. A second house of the same business, Monat Otel Hacımemiş, operates at a separate address in the old Hacımemiş quarter.
After the İzmir ring road the transfer runs west on the Çeşme motorway past Urla, almost to the end of the peninsula. From the Alaçatı exit the road into the village arrives straight at its northern entrance with the windmills and the Atatürk statue, and the hotel is right there on 11043 Sokak at the top of Kemalpaşa Caddesi, so there is no need to thread through the old village lanes.
The hotel describes itself as a historic stone hotel and has no swimming pool. Breakfast is served from 09:00 to 11:00 in an open-air courtyard café, with Aegean jams, cheeses, olives, village eggs, butter and kaymak clotted cream.
