All Vixride transfer prices are fully transparent and 100% fixed. The rate shown during booking is final—there are no hidden surcharges for traffic delays, luggage, or highway tolls.
We track your flight in real-time using your flight number. If your flight is delayed, your private chauffeur adjusts their arrival time accordingly with zero extra waiting fees.
After baggage claim and customs, your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a Vixride name sign and helps with your luggage. The exact meeting point and your driver's phone number are sent to you by WhatsApp before landing.

Yes. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and leather seats are standard in all our vehicles, and complimentary water is provided on every transfer. Baby and child seats are free on airport transfers; just request them in the booking form (€5 per seat on hourly chauffeur hire).
Cancellation is free. Nothing is paid in advance, so there is nothing to refund; please let us know at least 24 hours before pickup so we can reassign the vehicle.
